Your Role
  • Deliver expert clinical care with compassion and discretion in private residences
  • Conduct assessments, develop and oversee care plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (LPNs, CNAs, companions, housekeepers)
  • Provide medication management, wound care, an health monitoring, post op and chronic care needs
  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients and their families
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Active NYS RN license, in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (private duty, home care, or acute care preferred)
  • Impeccable professionalism and communication skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and white-glove service
  • References required
