Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team for a long-term onsite engagement in Albany, NY. The right candidate will have a strong background in Level 2 support, Windows troubleshooting, and enterprise IT tools. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work directly with end users in a professional environment.

Minimum Requirements (3+ Years of Experience in Each):

  • Providing Level 2 help desk and end-user technical support

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly Windows 11 or similar OS

  • Installing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook

  • Proficiency with Lansweeper, Remote Desktop, and Active Directory (all three required)

  • Working within ITSM service desk systems

  • Installing and configuring Windows-based systems, peripherals, network printers, and thin clients

  • Imaging computers and handling equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

  • Supporting RSA Console and Workspace1

  • Assisting users via phone, email, and in-person support

  • Managing virtual desktops using VMware vSphere
