ALL PRO NYC LLC is a nurse-led healthcare staffing, training, and consulting firm built by a nurse with 20+ years of clinical and operational experience. We're not a per-diem shop — we build long-term staffing partnerships with assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare organizations across the NY metro area, backed by our 1,200-hour no-fee hire guarantee.

We're growing, and we need someone local who can get in the door, build real relationships, and bring facility partners to the table — in person, not behind a screen.

What You'll Do

  • Walk into assigned-territory facilities and introduce ALL PRO NYC as a nurse-led staffing partner

  • Meet directly with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and HR decision-makers

  • Attend local healthcare networking events and build a facility pipeline

  • Log weekly activity — visits made, contacts collected, meetings booked

  • Follow up consistently and move prospects toward signed agreements

  • Partner with our team to make sure new accounts are onboarded and supported

This Role Is For You If:

  • You live in the NY metro area and can be physically present at facilities weekly

  • You have prior experience in healthcare sales, staffing sales, or medical/facility-based sales — OR strong relationship-building instincts and a willingness to learn the industry fast. Healthcaare sales is a plus but not required  what matters most is your abiltiy to build trust in person and follow through

  • You're comfortable with in-person cold visits and follow-through, not just phone/email outreach

  • You want to build something real, not just fill a quota

  • You can manage your own schedule and stay accountable without daily oversight

What We're NOT Looking For

  • Fully remote candidates

  • General sales reps with no interest in healthcare

  • Anyone looking for a traditional salaried desk job

Compensation Structure

  • Monthly Activity Stipend: to offset gas, time, and outreach costs while your pipeline builds

  • Activation Bonus: paid once a facility signs and their first invoice is paid

  • Residual Commission: percentage of gross profit on active accounts for the first 6 months

  • Growth Bonus: additional bonus for hitting new-facility targets in a month

  • Path to Leadership: opportunity to move into a Business Development Manager role as your book of business grows
