Summary

Nike is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a Global Repair Strategy and Roadmap—starting with a digital repair service launch in EMEA and scaling to other global markets. Based in Beaverton, OR, this hybrid role will partner with cross-functional global teams to drive alignment, create strategic roadmaps, manage project delivery, and support Nike’s innovation in sustainable services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, business benefits, and success metrics
• Develop schedules, assign tasks, and track progress
• Lead budget forecasting and track actuals
• Guide teams on Nike’s project methodology and best practices
• Define delivery criteria and monitor project success
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Consolidate global input and ensure strategic alignment
• Provide regular updates and coordinate success tracking with key stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management or process leadership
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent experience accepted)
• Strong background in managing scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk
• Effective at driving clarity from ambiguity and leading global teams
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Experience with global digital service or repair operations
• Ability to structure and consolidate cross-functional input
• Strategic mindset with a focus on stakeholder alignment
