Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to assess, evaluate, and improve care practices within long-term care and nursing home settings. Selected candidates will play a key role in identifying gaps, ensuring compliance, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Background in long-term care or nursing home settings required
- BSN preferred
- Nurse Managers and former Directors of Nursing are highly encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate resident care using a structured assessment tool (training provided)
- Monitor facility practices for compliance with established quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement and support implementation of corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with the Project Lead and facility teams
- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to enhance care delivery and operations
Training
